FAQ:

Is Lifted for everyone? Is there a beginners class?

Lifted is a small enough group that each exercise can be tailored to the individual to create more challenge or less. Having some basic experience with exercise is a good idea but, yes, in most cases everyone is welcomed!

Is it necessary to meditate? I can't seem to do it.

In meditation there is nothing to do. We get so caught up in 'doing' that we rarely let ourselves just be. When we are able to separate ourselves from our constant thoughts, we are able to tap into our authentic selves, our intuition and to generally feel grounded. Lifted incorporates this practice because it is proven to be healthy and complements strength training to create balance.

Can I drop in for a class?

Absolutely! Of course, you will get the most out of making this a regular practice. Come check out a class to see if you feel Lifted afterwards. Due to the small size of each class, reservations are required.

Lifted sessions with Ryan were a perfect compliment to my regular workout routine. The combination of intense focused exercises bookended with warm-ups / cool-downs and simple meditations all to a great soundtrack contributed to the ideal mid-day energizer that I rode through the rest of the day. Ryan is the only trainer that I have worked with who really pays attention to form, breath and intention to ensure that you get the most out of the workout and avoid injury.
